induction. We had six men in our re-entry program, five of whom were gainfully employed and ontributed
twenty percent of their net salary to housing at TCJ.

Once the Student has completed the 4 mo Induction Phase, he’s ready for the Training Phase:
- Computer Literacy
- Emphasis On Community Service
- On the Job Training
The student is assigned to work with One of TCJ’s businesses - learning a trade as well as business and entrepreneurial skills and work ethics.
