Name : Anthony Richards -"yu Understand"
Role: Executive Director & Taskmaster
Employed since June 2001Anthony is "Mr. Dependable" here at TCJ . He came to TCJ in 2000 at the end of his rope, ready for a life change. Since receiving salvation while in the programme, he has never looked back. God called him to continue with TCJ and give back to other men desperate for change.

Name: Barbara Richards - Wife of the taskmaster
Role: Fundraising/Public Awareness Manager - "Where's the money?"
Employed since March 2003Barbara joined us after seeing a documentary about TCJ on TV. She also met her husband here! Barbara left corporate Jamaica to go into full-time ministry - she served at a children’s home for 5 years previous to coming to TCJ. She comes to us with much experience and capabilities and does her work with excellence.

Employed since: November 2005Lascelle teaches the Teen Challenge discipleship curriculum – the core element of the programme. He has a gentle and humble spirit and has made a great addition to the team.

Employed since January 2009Sterling (as he is popularly called) graduated Teen Challenge Jamaica in 2005 and will officially graduate from the Assemblies of God Bible College in May 2009.

Mavis is the ‘mother of TCJ’ and the Kitchen Commander. She goes with the furniture here at the Ocho Rios center as she started even before the women’s programme began operating in 2001. -
Name: Arvind Graham - Dowrie & the Blowfish
Role: Worship Leader, Counselor, Choir Director
Employed since June 2004If the TCJ staff were fish in a tank, Arvind would be the tropical fish! Arvind has been with TCJ for over a year and leads worship, directs the TCJ Choir, and is involved in counseling. Arvind has a patented laugh that lightens up the heaviest of a "Teen Challenge Day".
